Dominique and Jamie Wedding | The Forest Walk, Glen Austin

 I had the priviledge to shoot with Gena D, who also assisted me at a wedding in June 2011, at the wedding of Dominique and Jamie at the beautiful The Forest Walk venue in Glen Austin in Midrand. 

Not many will recognise Jamie, but he is a Harry Potter I and II actor.  Yes, you read correctly.  Although I am a huge Harry Potter fan I must admit that I had to Google the character he played after the wedding to make sure I didn’t miss anything, but if you see how he looked in the movies you’ll understand why I didn’t recognise him.  He played Marcus Flint – the guy on the opposite sports team as Harry Potter himself and the one with the ugly teeth.  Just believe me if I say that Jamie is so much more good looking than that character.

What suprised me the most is that not only is Jamie a very down to earth person, he had the most gorgeous bride on his side!  Dominique is so beautiful and I was really impressed when she got to the wedding venue and greeted me on my name without even meeting me before the time.  That showed me that she is a real person who cares about others, whether you are a service provider at their wedding or even a fan of Jamie!
